How to fill compartment 2nd chance form in CBSE?

Sir, i haven't filled compartment 2nd chance form yet..

Ques. 1
I've heard that now it's with late fee of 5000. Is it true?
If it is, isn't it too costly?
I'm afraid I won't be able to pay that. Any alternative?

Ques. 2 = Can i opt for another board at this time? ( like PSEB open school )
Please suggest me as soon as possible.

1. Till 15th November you need to pay a late fee of Rs. 350/-.

2. No. You cannot opt for any other board.

Note: Please visit your nearest Syndicate Bank or any cbse affiliated school/college/institute to collect the form and submit it before 15 November.
