Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I had a below query regarding the Right to Education Act. Please if you could help with the details for the Act.

- As per the Act it's mandatory for the school to have 25% seats reserved for the students from weaker section -
- Is this percentage reservation for each class or is it counted on the total number of the seats a school has ?
- Can a student from weaker section apply in any school in a city or is it limited to a specific locality only.

Please if you could share the details for the above 2 points.
