I had joined in 4 years degree college but unfortunately i had discontinued my studies in my third year. So, my Class X and Class XII certificates are strucked in that college. I asked them to return my certificated but they are asking me some amount. I had discontinued because lack of money so how can i pay them. If there is any other way to get my certificates back.
