I didn't received the duplicate marksheet of CBSE Class 12th after payment

Dear Sir/Mam,

I am Tanushree Bej. I had applied for a duplicate mark sheet of class X and as well as class XII,as I had lost the original mark sheets. But I had received only the mark sheet of class Xth. Yet I didn't received the mark sheet of class XII.I had paid the desired amount by bank draft. The Roll number of mine for class XIIth was 5631442.

Please do the needful to me as soon as possible.
