If you are asking about graduation degree marks then you should have a minimum of 50% aggregate to be eligible for appearing in CAT exams. The topics are usually Logical, English and Maths in General.
CAT Eligibility:
The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 50 per cent marks or equivalent CGPA [45 per cent in case of the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Differently Abled (DA) categories.
