Casuals accompanying a school ID card would do, I don't think examination centre will deny you for sitting in the examination solely based on your uniform.
Which School ID card ? I'd be having my admit card with me. Isn't that enough ? Every year Hundreds of students give improvement exams, i guess, are private candidates from a particular region given the same center ? U sure na it won't look odd ?
Admit Card is all you need to sit in the examination. It's your choice if the back side of your admit card doesn't have instructions regarding uniform code. I have personally seen students wearing both school uniform and casuals in the boards exams. Good Luck
