How to update Improvement Marks in certificates & other documents?

i have pass class 12th in year 2011.
i have given improvement exam in maths now i have improved my numbers
but in my documents( i.e provisional certificate and others given by school) previous marks are written
should i have to upgrade these document( i.e provisional certificate and others given by school) from school or not?

Hello,
I woulds like to suggest you that the documents i.e the provisional documents does not matter wherever you will provide it. As the important one's are the original one which you get from CBSE as they will be needed for verifying and for the proof. The provisional certificates if needed too then it does not matter with the previous marks as you have the new one issued by CBSE.
