    Help me getting T.C. counter signed by officer

    my son trancfer nagpur school to raipur school . raipur school need counter sign in t.c. and i send tc to bhubeneswar for counter sign but it was not returned. what is counter sign

    Since your son is migrating to a different state, you may need to get the Transfer Certificate countersigned by the Inspector of Schools in case of ICSE board or CBSE Regional office in case of CBSE Board.
