As per your query i would like to suggest you that for this you have to appear as a private candidate and can pursue your hindi subject but that would npt be considered as a additional subject in regard with your 2008 batch. It would be different and would be considered as a new subject enrolled as a private candidate for which you can fill up form which will be available soon by CBSE regional offices and banks designated by CBSE.
