I want to pursue my career in MBA field but I am not sure which one to do.
Everybody says, for girl HR and Finance is better option but I don't find both interesting at all.
Pls..pls..pls suggest me any other better option with college.
I have done B.A in Sociology from Delhi University
A MBA programme has been popular for providing specializations in three main functions of business, namely Marketing, Finance and Human Resource. These 3 are the core business activities and thus are offered for specialisation. Now days, business management institutes have widened their horizons in terms of specializations being offered. Super-specializations are being offered to students under these three main functions and students have a more choice to choose a MBA stream. For instance In Marketing area, you can specialise in Sales, Retail Management, Digital Marketing and Research & Analytics. Similarly, you can specialise in other streams of Finance and Human resource as well. These are the areas where the demand for dedicated professionals is high and you can look forward to a great career in these fields.
There are lot of branches like Advertising Management ,Airline and Airport Management,Banking Management,BPO Management,Brand Management,Construction Management,Customer Relationship Management,Cyber Marketing,Data Warehousing & Data Mining,Decision Support System etc are available in MBA. So many are very much suitable to girls.
Girls can not go anywhere, so Marketing field will waste for girls. But if girls have interest & ability in Marketing, those can join. In My Opinion, HR (Human Resource) is best for girls.
