My friend's daughter passed her high school examination in the year 2001 from cbse patrachar school timarpur having roll no.6131013 but so far she has not received her high school certificate which she urgently requires. Pls guide as to how the same can be had and what procedure is to be followed and in in how many days the same can be obtained.
