Depends upon your taste.B-tech is very tough, but has value after finished than bsc.You can get jobs with good packages with btech, but if you select bsc ,it is must to complete any of master degree, otherwise no value.

I suggest you, in current time the value of B. Tech is like a B.Sc., so you can join B.Sc and give time to preparation for government jobs.

First take a sight in your interest, in which stream you feel an interest and look effortless while dealing with that subject. If it's a general one then you should go for B.Sc. followed by M.Sc. but if you've technical interest then go for B.Tech. Although it is tougher with respect to B.Sc., it has some more advantages over B.Sc. in terms of money offered after completion of course.

Its a simple choice. If you have inclination/aptitude towards Science, Engineering, Math, Quantitative analysis go for engineering.

Fundamental science based opportunities are not fully developed in India. You options after BSc would be to pursue higher studies like MSc and then look for academic jobs. If not, you will have to pursue a professional degree after BSc.

B.tech is far better than B.Sc. There is no scope of B.Sc without any professional courses but B.tech qualification is very helpful in professional career.

B.Sc & B.Tech are entirely different two career streams, which cannot be compared,..while the former is less intense hence less lucrative as a career, the latter requires lot more hard work, hence more lucrative as a career

BSC and B.tech both are best but The demand of B.tech is more then Bsc because it is the field of IT and it is increasing in the world. So, you should take admission in B.tech.

Depends on which college you are looking for usually any company or college will accept 66% as it is 1st division.
I had 63% and I have done Btech IT in 2006.

    B. tech will be the right option for you as per career opportunities. After that you can get high packages in M.N.C’s. As per earning that will be the great option. But If you’ll choose B.sc, then complete masters as well.
