    Hi,
I suggest you to pursue an MBA or PGDM after your B.Com. A master?s degree is very important to get a good job in this competitive scenario. It is acceptable if you have scored between 50%-60% in all the semesters. For admission in an MBA college, your 10th, 12th and graduation scores need to be consistent. Some of the colleges have their own entrance tests for admissions.

There is definitely no need to get upset about anything instead buck up and regain your enthusiasm about immense opportunities waiting for you outside.
This is the best time to explore the new courses and to realise your true dream. There are various professional courses which can help you in landing to a good job besides that will help in providing experience of professionalism if you are not interested in going for masters immediately. This is the best time to experiment and find your true interest rather than getting struck in conventional career path.

MCom or MBA is the best option after BCom.. Because both these coruses will help you find any jobs in your interested fieldslike Business and Commerce. Best institutes for these courses are University of Delhi, Lovely Professional university, Symbiosis Institute etc.
