Well, it's totally depends on your interest. In which field you want to go. But if you are asking about my view I should consider you to do MBA in IT. Because here you will find a different type's of job which will help you.

    Hi,
If you study Mtech/MBA in good institutions like IIT or IIMs here in India, you are going to get the same value as that of the Canada University Certificate. May be more, you have lots of advantages studying in India, you'll get a scholarship, can save a lot of money, will acquire more knowledge about the Subject, also you can get good Job in abroad. In short Studying in India is far better than to do masters in Abroad according to me. The only thing that matters is getting admission in the Best Colleges in India. If you Crack GATE Exam with very good Score (PS:if you are opting for M-tech )you can get into IIT's. Even Foreign Students have started showing interest in pursuing their post Graduate Courses in IIT's. There are a number of people with non-Indian citizenship that study in IITs. If you're planning to do MBA, go for CAT. This Exam will open the door to many of the top MBA Colleges in India
What I'am trying to say this is Why wasting your money and Energy to study in Abroad when lots of Options are here in India! If you put some Effort in Cracking these Entrance Exams, then nothing matters in your way to shape up a good Career.

well its completely depends on you i will say and then you can think on what you have done in graduation. If your graduation is say BBA then you must go for MBA that is related to your graduation.Later it comes to your interest in which field you are interested in.so like that what you have done in graduation go to related to that field for masters also you can do MBA,Mtech like this.
