I would like to tell you that the improvement exam form is only available through CBSE regional offices and through the designated banks by CBSE only. Hence, there's no more procedure to get it from kerela or some other states where CBSE is not functional. Moreover,more information is given on CBSE official website. You can check it out there or get it from some other source from delhi CBSE's office.
