Am I eligible or fit for non-medical stream in Class XI?

i am confused as to will i be able to study non med for 11th next year ! want to know about the exams ,books , etc that will help in future for admission in a reputed colllege..HELP~
do i actually fit in the criterion to study non med n make a career in engineering?
