A student who studied Hindi in 10th class, now in 12th commerce stream she likes to take Hindi so which is compulsory for her Hindi Elective or Core in CBSE Board.

Thanks for writing back, i would like to tell you that there is only one option out of two you can take and this does not depneds on the student individually as there will be a mess in school as to whom to teach core or elective so this depends upon the school authorities only that what they choose and that only in taught to the whole class. Rest, school people are very smart to choose the easy one and in which better marks can be scored.
