No, It's not about improvement examination but about list of candidates which are to be submitted by schools to CBSE.

You are right about the point but the motive of this circular is same as I mentioned in my previous post. No, you can't apply for improvement exam online.The board issues a dedicated notification/circular regarding the improvement exam.
