How to appear in Improvement exam for PCM Subjects?

I have passed Class 12. I want to improve PCM subjects. I would like to know the rules and regulations to register as a private candidate for improvement exam.i had also taken admission in b.tech then i eligible or not? if not is there any other option for this exam. also tell me price of the form and where i get it.Please e-mail the details related to application form and the fees/fee remittance at the earliest

I have to give pcm improvement exams but I suddenly hear that this is necessary to give all 5 subject exams to appear in IIt-JEE & AIEEE. If it is necessary to give all improvement exams please tell me.
