Is my daughter eligible to appear as a private candidate?

hello sir my daughter failed in 11th class in kendriya vidhyalaya tagore garden, new delhi , this year in 2012 with commerce! so i wanted to know that is she eligible for giving her 12th boards in 2013 as a private candidate from CBSE.She want commerce without maths.so what subject she shall take in place of mathematics

First of all she need to passout 11th class in order to apply for 12th private candidate. Only those candidates who either failed or got compartment in 12th class are eligible for Private Examination.
