you know you have seems to be asked for a very broad options which is very difficult here to describe as there ae many colleges in india which has good ranking either on state level or on a low level.But to give a broad idea;
First of all based on rankings IIT's(INDIAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY) which are 16 in no. right now are having the first position then we have the NIT's (NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY) and then after we have several good colleges which are ranked on a top grade on the state level.So,for that you have to look options as what city you prefer to pursue course in.
