    Duplicate Certificate for Class X of CBSE Board

    dear sir
    my child passed her 10th board exam in 2010. She missed her certificate some where.

    Could i get duplicate copy of the above said?

    what are the procedures for getting that duplicate.

    please guide me .

    Visit the nearest CBSE regional office and submit the following documents.

    Documents you need to bring to the CBSE office:
    • Filled Application Form (cbse.nic.in/faq/dupform.pdf)
    • Rs.100 in Cash/DD + Affidavit from Notary + Affidavit from School + Newspaper Clipping

    The procedure for obtaining duplicate certificate on payment of the prescribed fee and submission of an application on a prescribed form in the event of loss of original certificate for which you have to file an affidavit which should be attested by Notary Public.
