Every exam is tough if you're not prepared to giving the exam otherwise every thing is easy. But if we analyse the papers of both then CAT is a bit more tougher than GRE. GRE requires practice in verbal part alot. But CAT is tricky with quantitative section always, which requires few attempts to crack it for most of them to get into desired reputed MBA college. If you are good with verbal then go for GRE.
