I'll prefer to take a professional course that is Btech over b sc. It has higher prospect in life and will help you to get a better job profile in future.

B.tech is obviously better then b sc. in every sense. you can get better job with high pay-scale with a degree of b.tech and their will be several more options for increment after b.tech, like MBA, M.tech, and govt. job.
