For working professional, an online management program is the best option. It does not matter where you reside. The best option in to pursue Welingkar?s Hybrid Management Course. The online lectures and study material will be provided from the college once you take admission. You can study along with your job.

For an MBA degree, it is extremely important for the college or university you choose to be a renowned one.

Your placement or job after your degree will depend greatly on the college or university you have done your MBA from.

It is an extremely crucial decision.

The good colleges in India for MBA programs are Symbiosis, NMIMS, and Welingkar.

If you wish to go for an online MBA which you can most certainly pursue with a job, Bharathiar University is a good option.

It offers a 2-year online MBA with 18 specializations for you to choose from.

This will not only enable you to learn at your own comfort and pace, but it also allows you to work along with studying which will give you an edge over the others as you will already have work experience.

Online courses are not looked down upon anymore.

In fact, you?ll be considered as one of the few who wishes to learn more and be productive with his time.

if you are looking to run both study and work parallel then Distance MBA is the best option. You already mention that you having 2.5 years of experience then it better to study Executive MBA when compared with normal MBA.
