Application form for re-compartment private candidate

i couldn't find the application form for private candidate 2013 for clearing my cbse re compartment.Please help & tell me its submission process (both online & offline )
of how much cost will i've to attach the demand draft ?

There is no online submission process for Private Examination in CBSE.

You need to visit your nearest Syndicate Bank to get the form or you can also get the form from any CBSE Affiliated School/College/Institute. Fill it and submit it to CBSE.

Fee for Five Subjects is Rs. 600. If you wish to retain your previous year practical marks then you have to pay Rs. 40 for each practical. If you have 3 Practicals then you need to pay Rs. 120 for 3 practicals. So, you have to make Demand Draft of Rs. 600 + Rs. 120(if you have 3 practicals otherwise leave it) a total of Rs. 720.
