Regarding Online application for Central Sector Scholarship

While filling the details through online on CENTRAL SECTOR SCHEME OF SCHOLARSHIP FOR COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITY STUDENTS system redirects to Login page.

And the below details are mandatory.
Roll Number of Sr. Secondary School Examination 2012:
Certificate No. as Appearing on XII Certificate:

What is meant by those and from where can i get those details?
1. As per my Certificate the ROLL No: 10 numerics but system accepts only 6 digits.
2. I donot have any information on Certificate No. as Appearing on XII Certificate.

Please help me on this.

1. CBSE Roll Number doesn't contain 10digits. It contain only 6digits. Please re-check.

2. You can see Certificate No. on the Top Right Corner.
