i am having 5 subject in 12th and i want 1 more extra subject and i m doing 12 as private candidate can i get computer science as an extra subject ?

Private candidates shall not be allowed to offer such subjects for the examination which involve practical work except in the case of candidates who had failed earlier and who had put in a regular course of study at an institution affiliated to the Board in the previous academic year.
i have failed previous year so i am able to give the practicals of an extra subjects or not?
In case you failed previously as a regular candidate, your practical marks from the last year can be carried over to this year.
if i have not taken 6th subject and i wish to take that then how my practical will be held
