Don't worry. You can get duplicate copy of your 12th marksheet.

I had sent a fresh form, admit card, Affidavit alongwith a DD of Rs. 235 about a month ago to obtain my duplicate copy of 12th marksheet. I have not received my document as of yet, Please look into this and process my request ASAP.
