Many doubts on Improvement Exam centre and roll number

I have many doubts regarding my form filling :

1 ) I gave my 12th in Maharashtra now i am in Gujarat so in which region should i send my application form ?

2) In the form there is a section in named "Category " under that there is improvement and roll no. so which roll number should i write my previous roll number or the one which i will get (the new one )

3) Which all form should i send my application form , admission card and one certificate which is to be affiliated by the principal ?

4) And exam center , from where can i get the list of exam centers for improvement exam ?

1. You need to send the application form to AJMER Region.

2. You need to write your previous roll number.

3. You need to staple all the pages and then send it to CBSE.

4. Leave it Blank.

Thanks friend but can i get a list of exam center from where can i give improvement exam ?

No. You cannot decide where you want to give the exam. CBSE will let you know where you have to give the Improvement Examination. :P

pls see in the lower left corner of the image (ITS WRITTEN "place of exam center 2013 ") what should i fill over there ??
Since its given in the application form so that's why i asked that should i fill it myself ??

improvement exam in 5 subjects...

i want to know that whether the old marks of each subjects will be valid after improvement exam....???

means... if i get marks like...

2013 || 2014
Maths 70 Maths 60
phy 70 phy 80
chem 70 chem 80
phy.edu. 70 phy.edu. 80
eng 70 eng 80

then can i use (maths 70 marks of 2013) instead of (maths 60 improvement marks of 2014 )in jee mains like exams...????



Also whether the report card of improvement exam looks different then regular 12 exam...???
