I have an query that i have to give improvement exam for iit jee purpose,my native place is not delhi only for prepariring i am staying here,so i have filled an all india cbse private form but there is no one principal interested to sign the form so what should i do tell me,i am from other state is this a problem or what??????????????

all school's principal of DELHI doing the same thing,when i talk about this with CBSE then they said u have to help you own?????then tell what should i do?
i am student not a hacker cbse have a right to noticed the attestation then they should inform each n every school's principal regarding this.they all said i don't know so tell me sir other satate student how can survive here,
