Appearing in 12th for the third time via private candidate status?

hello i am rahul from Bangalore.... I have given two times 12th exam from school and one time as a private candidate from delhi but all the time result was negative..... Now again i want to write exam as a private candidate from bangalore... Can i write? And i don't have private canditate mark sheet... If i can write then from where i have to collect form?

1. Yes you can appear for Private Examination.

2. You need to visit your nearest Syndicate Bank to get the form OR you can also get the form from any CBSE Affiliated School/College/Institute.
